Gregory Berland , M.D.
Board Certified in Family Medicine
Dr. Greg Berland graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2000. He graduated from the Family Medicine residency at Bayfront Medical Center, and served as the chief resident in 2003. He founded Patients First Family Medicine and the Westchase Medical Spa. He has been certified to train for Fotona for Erbium and Nd:YAG lasers, and has had expert training in Botox and Restylane. He holds faculty priviledges at Mease Countryside and Town & Country hospitals, and has been an assistant professor for the Family Medicine Residency at Bayfront Medical Center. In clinical practice, he enjoys preventative and anti-aging medicine, including bio-identical hormone replacement, complementary medicine, and nutritional supplementation. He and his wife Amy married in April of 2006.
Anthony Yarand M.S., PA-C
Born and raised in Minnesota, Anthony attended Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, and in 2006 obtained his master’s of science and Physician Assistant degrees at Des Moines University in Des Moines, IA. He is currently obtaining his doctorate in health sciences from Nova Southeastern University.
Anthony brings his skill and knowledge of family practice and medical aesthetics as he joins us in 2009. He specializes in cosmetic procedures such as Botox®, dermal fillers including the “Liquid Face Lift”, and a variety of laser treatments to reduce red and brown spots and rejuvenate the skin. He also uses prescription topical medicines designed to reduce discoloration and improve skin texture. Anthony is familiar with the most cutting-edge, sophisticated cosmetic procedures and products that medicine offers today. On our Medical side, Anthony will be caring for patients age 10 and up.
Dana Peterson CCE, CME
Paramedical Aesthetician
Born and raised in Seminole, Florida, Dana graduated in 2000 from St. Petersburg College where she received her AA degree in Business Administration. Prior to her employment with Allure MedSpa, Dana held a successful career within the mortgage and finance industry for ten years before deciding to make a career change to the Aesthetic industry. She first obtained her Facial Specialist license after graduating from the Ultimate Medical Academy in 2008 and subsequently went to the Florida School of Electrolysis and Laser where she received her license for Electrolysis and Laser Hair Removal. Dana specializes in facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels and laser hair removal. She is passionate about helping people look and feel better about their skin.
